"Your pets final journey handled with love and dignity" Trevor Dixon
Covering Newcastle upon Tyne, North East, Northumberland and all surrounding areas
Like so many things, Hearts To Heaven Pet Crematorium has been born as a result of the COVID pandemic. There are so many sad stories about our beloved pets being alone as they passed over the rainbow bridge, with our vets doing the best they could to give them comfort as they left this world, whilst we sat on a car park not getting to be with them and say goodbye.
One day I personally needed to make the dreaded decision to say goodbye to one of my own pets. I was in a haze trying to decide what to do, where to take him, I made the decision there and then that this needs to be an easier thing for people to deal with.
Which is why at Hearts To Heaven Pet Crematorium we actively encourage people to come and see their pets final resting place. Our goodbye room offers a place for you and your family to spend some final moments reflecting and feeling comfortable to say goodbye.
So many people have a deep anxious wait for their pet to return home, with many people wondering how their pet is handled. Here at Hearts To Heaven Pet Crematorium our aim is to make you feel at ease and not rushed through the process and we dedicate ourselves to treating every animal with the upmost respect and dignity. Our biggest reward is to have someone entrust us to carry out the final journey for their pet to their exact wishes and for them to feel comforted in leaving their beloved pet with us, after seeing our goodbye room and their pet at rest.
If you wish to sign it, we have a memorial book in our goodbye room as well as an online memoriam form which you will find [ here ] or on the Menu of this Website, where you can leave a message about your pet for others to read. We pride ourselves on the tiny details that we feel matter and hope we can make a very difficult time a little easier to bear.
