First time of meeting Trevor was on this very sad day. He took Russ and made him comfortable so we could say our goodbyes. No hurry or pressure just calm and caring which made us feel better about keaving him. Russ came home in a scatter tube bag with wooden hearts, pawprints as requested, hairclipping and a small keep pouch. Beautiful hand written card which made us cry but also made us sure we made the right choice. A sad thing to have to do but made easier by this lovely man. Thank you.

Trevor treated our beloved Greyhound Spider, with care and respect. I can’t praise Hearts to Heaven highly enough, it made an extremely sad time easier to know that Spider was in their hands. Thank you.

Honestly can’t thank Trevor enough for everything he’s done for us, our baby girl skys final journey was absolutely amazing, from walking into her resting place to picking her up, the service has been absolutely amazing. We wanna thank you for the bottom of our heart for everything and even picking her up. The gifts are very thoughtful and we love it so much. Once again thank you. Honestly can’t recommend Trevor enough.

Thank you so much Trevor for making the whole process bearable. The Goodbye Room and service music were a great comfort. In my case, it was the little things like the RIP message, condolence card and dog tag that helped me feel more comfortable with the process of saying farewell to a loved pet.
You clearly care a lot and I thank you again for that.

Can't thank Trevor enough for making what is such a heart breaking time a perfect way to say good bye to our beloved yourkshire terrier Tinkerbell ♥️ the good bye room was so peaceful and put our hearts at ease seeing our bella looking so peaceful...Trevor couldn't so enough for us and bella for her final journey and brought back home to us so I want to say a huge thank you from bella and all her family..your an absolute gem xx

We spent the last 15 years visiting Northumberland with our little dog Buddy. We finally moved up here and after two weeks he was diagnosed with cancer. He passed on Sunday 9th July and it was such a shock. After contacting Trevor he arranged for us to bring Buddy the same day.
We cannot recommend Hearts to Heaven enough. The Chapel of Rest, service and attention to detail from Trevor made Buddy's final journey and our last memories of him more bearable. Trevor, you are a star in our eyes.
