I had to put my dog to sleep yesterday.
Distraught at having to leave her at the vets and unable to sleep for a full night I contacted Trevor this morning. He collected my girl the same day. He was so caring and considerate kept me informed the whole way. I really cannot thank Trevor enough, he asked what we wanted and he kept us informed every step of the way. Tonight she’s back home where she should be I really cannot speak highly enough of this company I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

I’m so pleased I was able to say a final goodbye to my bunny in such a lovely respectful setting after a really stressful week at the vets. Trevor was so accommodating even moving his day around to fit in when I was collecting him from the vets and I had him back home with me the same day. I would highly recommend

I wasn't aware of this beautiful little crematorium before today. I was at a loss as to what to do with my dear little kipper. I didn't want to send him via vets to be cremated and wanted a personal service which I found here. I phoned on a Sunday morning and Trevor couldn't have been more helpful and understanding with shirt notice. I picked up kipper and took him there. Spent time and placed him on the altar with some mementoes for him. It's so peaceful and I can't recommend these enough x

What was one of the hardest days of my life I couldn’t have asked for a better service for my best friend.

I really cannot thank Trevor enough for his understanding and professional approach in my sad hour after unexpectantly losing my beloved cat Kes. I would highly recommend him without any hesitation. There were some little touches which he did which i did not expect at all but very much appreciated.
