Absolutely first class service from start to finish, I can not thank Trevor enough for looking after Jessica on her final journey. The goodbye room is beautiful and I was able to take my other dog (Buddy) in to say goodbye to Jessica too. I even got Jessicas ashes back the same day which eased the devastating pain I was in. We were heartbroken when our beloved 15yr old springer spaniel, Louis, took his last breath on B/Hol Mon We are so grateful & appreciative to Trevor Dixon for his kindness, support & understanding in making such a sad situation easier to bear. We were able to take Louis to the pet Crem and lay him on the altar in the Goodbye Room, his head was laid on a soft pillow and he looked just like when he was sleeping. We would recommend this 5* service to anyone wanting the best for their pet.

I send my deepest gratitude to Trevor. My wee girl Honey passed yesterday, heartbroken doesn’t convey how I feel.

Trevor was so accommodating, patient and responsive. He treated my girl with dignity and respect and got her back home with me the same day which gave me some comfort. The little tag he placed on her collar helped me so much, the words really were true. He took paw prints for us and the condolence card felt truly heartfelt.

Can't thank Trevor enough for the service he provided for us following the passing of our 10 yr old rabbit Lola. He showed empathy and sensitivity, and the little extra touches he adds were really appreciated.
