Trevor had been helping Millie with swimming for the last two years. It was always my intention to use Trevor’s personal service at hearts to heaven. Trevor is very professional nothing is a problem and he is a true animal person. He looked after Millie until we said goodbye. The little chapel is so lovely and she had the best send off with Trevor’s help. Within a few hours she was back with us with some lovely keepsakes that he had made. From the worst day of my life I’m glad Trevor was there.

Our gorgeous Charlie Bear passed away a week ago and we are absolutely heart broken, he has left a massive hole in our hearts.
But we can't thank Trevor enough, he sent our little boy on his final journey over the rainbow with dignity, everything from paw prints, music and the condolence card which he wrote the most beautiful words in.

I lost my dog Murdoch sudden.He was bad 2 days and I had to let him go on the 3rd I was heartbroken having to leave him at the vets all alone .My daughter came across from Hearts to Heaven .on sunday night and got in touch .The owner Trevor was great he went and got him from vets and cremated within 2 hours and Murdoch was back home with me by 5 .Trevor was a lovely Man .Murdoch went with dignity and it made me feel a lot easier I highly recommend him if you ever lose your pets

My mother lost her beloved dog suddenly at the weekend. She was heartbroken and wanted him back home but didn’t know how to go about it.
I found Hearts to Heaven WhatsApped the number, out of hours and got response straight away.
Trevor is a lovely man he had the answers to my questions and felt at ease. He collected my mams dog that same day of the phone call. He messaged me every step on the way from the collection to the end.
My mam will be forever grateful how caring Trevor was. Thank you

My dog passed away unexpectedly and Trevor was amazing from start to finish. It was a Sunday. He came and collected my dogs body. He asked me if I wanted him to take one of his toys with him. I was asked if I wanted a song played when he was cremated. He literally thought of everything. And the attention to detail when we received his ashes back was just amazing. He truly went above and beyond. Couldn't recommend this service enough.

Thank you so much to Trevor for helping us to say goodbye to our sweet girl Roxie. You've made such a hard experience a little less hard. I got my sweet girl back the next day. Knowing she was back home makes it a little easier to cope with. All the little special extras that were included are beautiful touch. Trevor was very patient and understanding, going through everything with us. I can't thank Trevor enough.
