Amazing experience completed by such an amazing person. Trevor is so welcoming and comforting during the process, and he knows exactly what you need when having a pet cremated. There’s absolutely 0 need to pay the ridiculous fees charged by vets when you can pay much less for a much better, more meaningful and a much more peaceful send off with Hearts to Heaven. Monty, my 14yr old best boy. Due to his sudden decline, I knew that I was going to need the serviices of Hearts to Heaven. Once I made contact via WhatsApp, the process was easy in a few messages so I knew what to expect once we arrived.
We were given plenty of time to say our goodbyes and we even left him in his favourite jumper.
Monty was given back to us beautifully presented in a velvet pouch and some lovely extra touches. Hearts to Heaven have helped to make our heartache a bit easier..
