I send my deepest gratitude to Trevor. My wee girl Honey passed yesterday, heartbroken doesn’t convey how I feel.

Trevor was so accommodating, patient and responsive. He treated my girl with dignity and respect and got her back home with me the same day which gave me some comfort. The little tag he placed on her collar helped me so much, the words really were true. He took paw prints for us and the condolence card felt truly heartfelt.

This gentleman goes above and beyond was absolutely blown away with the personal touches when we collected our babies ashes. We can’t thank Trevor enough for assisting us during such a difficult time. It was quite short notice when our boy, Domino, was sent on his final journey, Trevor accommodated us despite it being late in the day and stayed back for us to take Domino to be cremated.
