Amazing experience completed by such an amazing person. Trevor is so welcoming and comforting during the process, and he knows exactly what you need when having a pet cremated. There’s absolutely 0 need to pay the ridiculous fees charged by vets when you can pay much less for a much better, more meaningful and a much more peaceful send off with Hearts to Heaven. Losing a pet is never easy, and Hearts to Heaven makes it easy as it gets. Thank you so much again Trevor, for everything, honestly.

Monty, my 14yr old best boy. Due to his sudden decline, I knew that I was going to need the serviices of Hearts to Heaven. Once I made contact via WhatsApp, the process was easy in a few messages so I knew what to expect once we arrived.
We were given plenty of time to say our goodbyes and we even left him in his favourite jumper.
Monty was given back to us beautifully presented in a velvet pouch and some lovely extra touches. Hearts to Heaven have helped to make our heartache a bit easier..

We lost our fur baby in the early hours and we were just distraught. We wanted someone to take the best care of her in her final journey and I found Trevor and Hearts to Heaven. I contacted him via the WhatsApp chat early morning and received a quick response. From the outset Trevor couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. With huge sadness we made the decision to say goodbye to our beautiful Alfie on 19.12.24. From my first contact with Trevor I was comforted in knowing Alfie would be handled with care & love. My wife and I were devastated when our beloved cat of 21 years passed away in the early hours of New Years Eve. I called Trevor who was helpful in arranging an appointment that afternoon.
