After having our boy snatched away from us by the vets;

We are deeply grateful to Trevor for the exceptional care he provided our beloved dog before his cremation.

His sympathy, helpfulness, and compassion during such a difficult time were truly comforting.

Trevor’s kindness and understanding made the process more bearable, and we are so thankful for the gentle way he looked after our furry friend, ensuring Remi was treated with the utmost respect and dignity.

Trevor handled all our needs with compassion and understanding, in a very professional manner, he made the whole process so much less painful. the Goodbye room is very peaceful and private with Trevor giving us as much time as we needed after explaining everything we needed to know, after cremation the ashes were returned beautifully presented in a scatter tube, a paw print, and nice drawstring bag etc, I hope I never need to see him again but I'm so glad I did, Thank you Trevor.

02/05/2025 - thank you Trevor for looking after my baby girl Inca or Inky as she was known and for staying late so that I could bring her to you - it had been a difficult decision to make as it always is with our beloved pets but made easier by your kindness and support.

What a wonderful heartfelt service was offered to us on the loss of Maisy at the age of 15, we knew it was coming and left her at the vets when she passed. Their cremation service was going to see her to go to Scotland and then posted back to us. In a few messages via WhatsApp Trevor said he could collect, texting at every step of the way this helped with our pain as the sincerity could be felt in all of the messages. Thank you so much for everything you did at a very difficult time.
