We lost our old boy Bentley Flowers on Friday 29th August 2025. We contacted Trevor at Hearts to Heaven earlier in the week to make arrangements. Trevor was kind, understanding, accommodating and provided us with all the information we needed. It was great to chat on what’s app rather then in person or on the phone for the tears. We dropped Bentley off on Friday and collected him the next day. The goodbye room was lovely and he was handled with care and love throughout.

Want to say a huge thank you to Hearts to heaven pet crematorium for everything really cheap and just so amazing from asking requests for song to be played when be sent blue to his final destination to asking if we would like a card and getting us fer as pur request to keeping in touch always and even sending us a message to let us know when blue was sent to his final destination gave us time with blue in a beautiful set goodbye room and just honestly amazing though out carnt thank him enough

Difficult to convey in words how wonderful the service from Trevor is . He is so thoughtful and compassionate, he helped make a really difficult time for us much more bearable and we really can’t recommend him highly enough .

I could not thank Trevor enough for what he does and how he handles such a service with great compassion and care, we unfortunately lost our old boy 4 weeks ago followed by his life partner a few days ago and both times Trevor has been so quick at seeing us and getting our boys back home to us. Thankyou again for helping to give our boys the most special final journey, we are eternally greatful and couldn't recommend you enough to all x

Incredibly sadly both our old dogs crossed the rainbow bridge in the last 9 weeks , one on Easter Saturday . Trevor went out of his way to let us take her that day and managed to see the second one quickly too. We had as much time to say goodbye is his quiet room as we needed . His compassion and gentleness are evident . They both came home quickly with the caring touch of lavender, pawprints and pendant with their ashes in a container we chose. Thank you , they were treated with total respect.

Whilst on the first day of our holiday in South Charlton, Northumberland our beloved Hanson suddenly & unexpectedly passed away.We spoke with Trevor who was very kind & caring at such a distressing time & we took our boy to the chapel of rest . We were given whatever private time we needed with him & there was no urgency on Trevor's behalf for us to leave.The whole process was dignified & very respectful. We agreed with Trevor to collect him the following day in his casket.
