Outstanding service and kind and compassionate communication throughout the whole process. Made an obviously sad situation much easier to cope with and all went smoothly.

We lost our fur baby in the early hours and we were just distraught. We wanted someone to take the best care of her in her final journey and I found Trevor and Hearts to Heaven. I contacted him via the WhatsApp chat early morning and received a quick response. From the outset Trevor couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. The fact he understood I couldn’t talk so conducted everything through message was great. He guided us through the process and he thought of everything.

With huge sadness we made the decision to say goodbye to our beautiful Alfie on 19.12.24. From my first contact with Trevor I was comforted in knowing Alfie would be handled with care & love. I found Trevor to be sensitive, professional & clearly a great animal lover. I found the WhatsApp chat facility much easier than speaking the words & Trevor was always prompt with answering my many questions. Trevor, you made an awful experience so much more than I could have expected. Forever grateful.

My wife and I were devastated when our beloved cat of 21 years passed away in the early hours of New Years Eve. I called Trevor who was helpful in arranging an appointment that afternoon. On arrival at Heart and Heaven he treated us in a professional, empathetic and compassionate manner. He was gentle and respectful in handling our dear departed pet. We were
able to take our time in saying our final farewlls. A very sad process was handled with great sensitivity. Thank you Trevor.

Trevor had been helping Millie with swimming for the last two years. It was always my intention to use Trevor’s personal service at hearts to heaven. Trevor is very professional nothing is a problem and he is a true animal person. He looked after Millie until we said goodbye. The little chapel is so lovely and she had the best send off with Trevor’s help. Within a few hours she was back with us with some lovely keepsakes that he had made. From the worst day of my life I’m glad Trevor was there.

Our gorgeous Charlie Bear passed away a week ago and we are absolutely heart broken, he has left a massive hole in our hearts.
But we can't thank Trevor enough, he sent our little boy on his final journey over the rainbow with dignity, everything from paw prints, music and the condolence card which he wrote the most beautiful words in.
