02/05/2025 - thank you Trevor for looking after my baby girl Inca or Inky as she was known and for staying late so that I could bring her to you - it had been a difficult decision to make as it always is with our beloved pets but made easier by your kindness and support.

What a wonderful heartfelt service was offered to us on the loss of Maisy at the age of 15, we knew it was coming and left her at the vets when she passed. Their cremation service was going to see her to go to Scotland and then posted back to us. In a few messages via WhatsApp Trevor said he could collect, texting at every step of the way this helped with our pain as the sincerity could be felt in all of the messages. Thank you so much for everything you did at a very difficult time.

Where do we start,Trevor the world needs more people like you!!!!! You truly are A salt of the earth guy you show so much compassion and kindness and love ❤️ at A time when it is realy needed,for what you did for me and Suzanne and our beautiful baby boy Ernie we will be forever gratefull to you Trevor you made what was the worst day of our lifes so much more calm and made us feel that you understood how we were feeling.From our first message to you your compassion shone through.

Amazing experience completed by such an amazing person. Trevor is so welcoming and comforting during the process, and he knows exactly what you need when having a pet cremated. There’s absolutely 0 need to pay the ridiculous fees charged by vets when you can pay much less for a much better, more meaningful and a much more peaceful send off with Hearts to Heaven. Losing a pet is never easy, and Hearts to Heaven makes it easy as it gets. Thank you so much again Trevor, for everything, honestly.

Monty, my 14yr old best boy. Due to his sudden decline, I knew that I was going to need the serviices of Hearts to Heaven. Once I made contact via WhatsApp, the process was easy in a few messages so I knew what to expect once we arrived.
We were given plenty of time to say our goodbyes and we even left him in his favourite jumper.
Monty was given back to us beautifully presented in a velvet pouch and some lovely extra touches. Hearts to Heaven have helped to make our heartache a bit easier..
