Trevor touched our hearts, nothing was a problem from start to finish, the goodbye room was something and more! our hearts are broken but we were so at ease leaving our boy there to go over the rainbow bridge. Trevor has gone above,not only with getting our boy back, but the extras at no additional costs they mean the world and more. FOR ANYONE WHO HAS A FUR BABY and faces this heartbreak dont look any further. THANK YOU TREVOR from the bottom of our hearts xxxx

I don’t have the words to express how grateful I am to Trevor for the kindness, care and compassion he has shown us. Today we lost our old lady Elsie. Although not unexpected at 24years + the pain of loosing our wonderful little cat is still huge. Trevor took our lovely Elsie with such gentleness, We knew she would be given the loving respect and dignity she deserved. Having her straight back home this evening is wonderful and the paw prints, card and personal touches show just how much he cares

The loss of my special boy Monty the Magnificent was truly heartbreaking but Trevor's care and compassion made a difficult day so much more bearable. The personal touches far exceeded my expectations and to get his remains back home the same day made all the difference in the world. Absolutely faultless and first class service which I highly recommend

What had been the most horrendous day of my life was made a little easier by Trevor.
He looked after my gorgeous girl on her journey over the rainbow bridge with the upmost respect and care. She had a really dignified and special send off. Trevor was incredibly kind and understanding. His sympathy card he sent back with her was very touching and really did mean an awful lot to a very heartbroken family.
There is something really special about hearts2heaven.
It deserves 10stars, nevermind 5.

If there were 10 stars Hearts to Heaven would deserve them all.
Trevor was so quietly kind and compassionate when we lost both of our dogs. He cared for them tenderly and with great care and respect.
There was a lovely space where we could say goodbye while the music we asked for was playing.
The urns for the girls' ashes are tasteful and their paw prints are treasured mementos.
I don't hesitate to recommend Hearts to Heaven to anyone, they made an agonising time just that bit less painful.

Thank you for all your help, care and compassion shown to our beautiful Wendy and handsome Sulley , not just at the time of their passing but also throughout the five years we had Sulley. We know that you gave our pets the most wonderful and dignified send off and we will always be grateful and thankful that these wonderful creatures graced our lives and were given the time and care from you at the end of their lives.It gives us a great sense of peace -Ian and Nikki
