I would just like to say i cannot praise hearts to heaven enough after losing my gorgeous skye only 7 weeks then to only lose my beautiful sweetie was truly heartbreaking .thankyou trevor again for your kindness support and compassion you are truly a specal person .

After we lost our 13 year old girl Penny, we were utterly heartbroken and dreading taking the next steps after we said goodbye.

I contacted Trevor, and he was exceptionally understanding, rearranging his schedule at short notice so he could accommodate us. My beautiful boy Alfie left us yesterday. He was a 14 year old cocker,. His final journey was peaceful and dignified. We took him ourselves to Trevor, who had been recommended to me by my sister, Trevor looked after him and he looked so peaceful in the crem, his head on the pillow, he went with a letter I wrote, and a single red rose, Trevor texted me to say he was on his final journey, and 3 hours later Alfie was back at home. I can't recommend this place enough. When we lost our cat Molly at 16.5 years Trevor was filled with empathy, kindness, care and professionalism and made things alot easier for us to say goodbye to her.
Molly was handled with dignity on her final journey, and Trevor kept us up to date with the whole process, and we had Molly back at home the next day.

I can’t recommend Trevor enough he made our heartbreaking day as easy as possible nothing was to much trouble.Having never had a pet cremated we didn’t know what to expect but the room and atmosphere was beautiful.We also had our beloved boy home the same day which was amazing the extra touches that came home with him were so kind and heartfelt we can’t thank you enough Trevor.
