My beautiful Chihuahua Tilly gained her wings 3 days ago. She passed at home and I done research on the pet crematorium within radius and decided to go with Hearts to Heaven. I’m so glad I did, Trevor was brilliant from initial contact to returning Tilly’s ashes to me. The compassion, empathy and understanding shown has helped me immensely dealing with the grief of loosing her. I cannot recommend enough the services they provide. Our beautiful dog Chester was diagnosed with inoperable Cancer in December 2025.
He fought valiantly against this horrible disease but sadly passed on 23rd September.
Hearts to Heaven were recommended to us and I cannot praise them highly enough.
Chester was treated with dignity and compassion and returned home on 25th September.

My beautiful boy Alfie left us yesterday. He was a 14 year old cocker,. His final journey was peaceful and dignified. We took him ourselves to Trevor, who had been recommended to me by my sister, Trevor looked after him and he looked so peaceful in the crem, his head on the pillow, he went with a letter I wrote, and a single red rose, Trevor texted me to say he was on his final journey, and 3 hours later Alfie was back at home.
