Our lovely dog, Roo, was put to sleep with very little warning so we were shocked and terribly upset when we had to let him go. Trevor was everything that previous reviewers have described: thoughtful, kind, respectful and very compassionate.. We said our goodbyes to Roo at the vets after his passing and asked Trevor to take care of everything. He did so in a very caring, professional way, keeping us informed at each step via WhatsApp, making a heartbreaking situation bearable. Thank you Trevor.

We would like to thank you for taking such good care of our wonderful girl Envy, she was a beautiful soul. It broke our hearts when she died on 1/12/2025 as we had just gone on holiday. On Monday 10th November it was with heavy hearts we said our final goodbye after fifteen years to our gorgeous girl Jodie. A huge thank you to Trevor for getting us through a very emotional and difficult day. Trevor was compassionate, caring, treating Jodie and us with respect and kindness.

We lost our old boy Bentley Flowers on Friday 29th August 2025. We contacted Trevor at Hearts to Heaven earlier in the week to make arrangements. Trevor was kind, understanding, accommodating and provided us with all the information we needed. It was great to chat on what’s app rather then in person or on the phone for the tears. We dropped Bentley off on Friday and collected him the next day. The goodbye room was lovely and he was handled with care and love throughout.
